Minimum Salary: $82,200 (Grade 10)

Responsibilities

  • Develops, integrates, and manages Mobile Devices Infrastructure, to include Mobile Device Management (MDM), Encryption, provisioning, and de-provisioning of mobile devices.
    Working knowledge of managing mobile devices (iOS/Android devices) including deploying, configuring, security compliance and updating them.
  • Responsible for supporting Mobile Device operations including staff and customer support, incident resolution, and other support tasks; ensure timely, accurate and complete assistance to users in the areas of mobile device support, applications, according to set Service Level Agreements (SLA)'s and IT procedures; maintain system integrity and security by resolving issues; monitor, update and resolve all Mobility related service requests in ServiceNow. Create and maintain continuity documentation for this position; manage resource, schedule, task planning, and vendor relationships for devices.
  • Implementing solutions for efficient deployment and management of endpoints on various operating systems, platforms, and device types.
  • Implementing and managing endpoints at scale by using Microsoft Intune, Windows 365, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Azure.
  • Working knowledge of managing android tablets (preferably Zebra Tablets) and configuring them with proper updates and security policies.
  • Working knowledge of On Premise Device Management Solution such as Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • BS Degree in CIS, MIS or Computer Science (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Minimum 3 years of application support experience
  • Experience with IT Vendor Management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team
  • Experience with technology design and basic principles of application architecture
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, maintaining, and debugging complex programs and systems through utilization of Vendors, consultants, and internal staff
  • Experience performing application administrative related duties in a production environment
  • Experience with source control and issue tracking
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office tools

 

Preferred Skills/Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and/or supporting corporate applications
  • Working knowledge of Incident Management Systems
  • Knowledge and experience using an industry standard SDLC
  • Demonstrated ability assessing and making recommendations that improve the overall desktop and application environments(s)
  • Experience with .Net, Python, PowerShell, Intune, Azure, Teams Collaboration tools
  • Knowledge or experience with the Oracle E-Business Suite
  • Knowledge or experience with workload automation tools
  • Knowledge or experience with Oracle BI Publisher
  • Customer-centric attitude
  • Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technology quickly
  • Highly self-motivated and works with initiative
